HEMP BEVERAGE ALLIANCE REFUND POLICY
Membership dues paid to the HBA are non-refundable, including monthly dues, registration fees, or any other payments. Because membership provides immediate access to benefits, resources, and member-only services, refunds are not issued once a payment has been processed.
Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
BILLING ERRORS
If a member believes they were billed incorrectly, they must contact the HBA within 30 days of the charge. The HBA will review the matter and correct any verified billing errors.
NON-TRANSFERABILITY
Membership dues are non-transferable between individuals or organizations. Payments made toward one membership cannot be reassigned or credited to another party.
